Connections with the Community

Student leadership and agency underpins the fabric of our learning and educational experiences. Our special connection with the Norton Summit Community Centre provides our students with global opportunities to volunteer and give back to our broader community.

There are many ways for parents to become involved in the school. Below is a list of extra-curricular, governance and social activities that identify our school as a community of students, teachers, parents, community organisations and skilled professionals working together.

Neighbouring Schools

Many of our students attend Uraidla & Hills Community Kindergarten, Magill Kindergarten and Wattle Park Kindergarten before starting school.

Year 6 students move on to a variety of secondary schools including Heathfield High School, Glenunga International High School, Norwood International High School and Urrbrae Agricultural High School. Morialta Secondary College to open in 2023 (formerly Norwood Morialta High School – Middle Campus site)

We have close ties with Uraidla and Basket Range Primary Schools with combined student activities and teacher professional development.
